Admission Procedure

The Printed application form for admission along with Prospectus can be obtained from the month of December on the payment of requisite money. Admission to the school is open to from Indians and foreigners irrespective of class, creed or community.

The students are registered before being finally admitted.

Admit Card for the entrance test is issued at the time of Registration.

After the Entrance Test parents or the guardian will have to fill the Admission Form.

If a students does not qualify for admission into the class for which he / his sits for test, his / her case will be considered for admission to lower class. The Principal has power to reject the admission of any candidate without assigning any reason

Students are selected according to their merit in the Entrance Test, Medical Fitness T.C. of Previous School. The Entrance Test will be held in English, Hindi, Math and General Knowledge.


Payment of Fees:

If a students does not qualify for admission into the class for which he / his sits for test, his / her case will be considered for admission to lower class. The Principal has power to reject the admission of any candidate without assigning any reason All fees etc. should be paid by the 5th of each month in cash or Bank Draft in favour of the school or as fixed by the school authority for which bill is presented. For late payment, a sum of Rs. 5/- (five) per day will be realized. All dues for the term must be cleared off before the student is to appear for the terminal or Annual Examination and before leaving the school for vacation, if fees falls into arrears, a student's name will be struck off from the school rolls and re-admission may not be granted, and incase of re- admission, a sum of Rs. 50/ - will be realized with all dues, subject to availability of seat.

Withdrawal of Pupil

A student may be withdrawn from the school at the end of an academic year. For this purpose the guardian should give notice in writing to the Principal at least two months before the student is taken away from end of academic year. If the school is not informed about the withdrawal of a student in time, the fee for Two months will have to be paid. If a student is withdrawn in the middle of the academic session the fee for the full term will have to be paid and the Caution Money will also be forfeited.

School Leaving Certificate

An application for leavingcertificate is to be made by parent or guardian and it will be issued only after the payment of all dues. No leaving certificate will be issued in the middle of the term unless a satisfactory reason is given to the authorities of the institute.
